Rev. Alan Olson
The Rev. Alan Olson serves as the Pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Freehold, NJ. Alan is a second-career pastor who discerned his call to ministry in his late 30s. Prior to serving in Freehold, Alan served as an interim pastor to two congregations: First United Presbyterian Church of Houston, PA, and Rehoboth Presbyterian Church in Belle Vernon, PA.
Alan is a graduate of Pittsburgh Theological Seminary (M.Div. 2014) and Case Western Reserve University (B.A. 1993). Alan was born and raised in western Pennsylvania; he's still getting used to the idea that he now lives in the Garden State.

Rev. Charissa Clark Howe
Charissa serves as the pastor of two partnered congregations in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area. Emsworth Presbyterian Church and St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church of Sewickley have been sharing ministry and life together since 2017 when Charissa joined the community as their pastor. Before going to seminary and becoming a "big church" pastor, Charissa spent over a decade in a variety of youth ministry settings, including taking time to care for her own children when they were very tiny.
Charissa is a graduate of Pittsburgh Theological Seminary (M.Div. 2014, ThM 2016) and Geneva College (B.S. 2011). As of January of 2020, she will return to PTS for a Doctor of Ministry in Missional Leadership.
